We offer a straightforward returns policy if you change your mind about an item or have received an incorrect or damaged item.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received (unless faulty or damaged in transit) with packaging, including swing tags and labels, intact.
The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or marked in any way and must be absent of any odour such as smoke, perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
Returned items will be inspected on receipt and must be in a condition that we deem suitable for re-sale.
Exchanges will not be allowed after a 30-day period from the date of item receipt, and each item may be exchanged a maximum of two times.
If you believe an item to be faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement providing that:
· You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Send us an image or proof of the fault. After we have validated the fault, we will provide you with a return postage label. Please return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your request to return the faulty item.
Once we receive the faulty item back and we can confirm that there was a fault present when we originally despatched the item, we will be able to ship you a replacement, subject to availability.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the safety of the contents during transit.
For our UK returns, our logistics partner, James Cargo Fulfilment, processes our returns. Please visit the returns portal to notify us of the items you wish to return, the reason for the return and generate a free returns label.

Belstaff takes great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all its products.
If you believe an item to be faulty they will try their best to address the problem. Belstaff jackets have 24 month guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you find a defect with your Belstaff item within the 24 month period after purchase, you have a further two months to inform Belstaff of the issue. Please contact their Customer Service team who will be able to advise you further.
Upon alerting Belstaff to an issue with your item you may be requested to email images of the damaged article. Belstaff will then make an initial assessment and come back to you with the next course of action.
Belstaff’s warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear or misuse of the item.
